How to join our WI

Why Join Us?

While we normally welcome visitors to our monthly meetings, joining us as a member means you can get involved in our additional activities, plus access to events, publications and resources from the West Midlands Federation and the National Federation too - here's a good summary. And it's much better value across the year!

Membership is open to all women aged 18 and over. Our membership year runs from April until March the following year. The subscription fee needs to be paid in full when you join. There are reduced rates for dual members (i.e. already a full member of another WI), and for new members joining part way through the year (including lapsed members who have not been a member of any WI for 12 months or more).

Subscription Fees for 2023/24

For 2023/24, our subscription fee is £46. For dual members, the fee is £22.60.

If you join later in the year (and you have not been a member of this or any other WI for a year or more), the fee reduces each quarter, so:

• Join between April 1st and June 30th: £46
• Join between July 1st and September 30th: £34.50
• Join between October 1st and December 31st: £23
• Join between January 1st and March 31st: £11.50

From April 6th  2024 to April 5th  2025 the  membership fee will be  £48.00  for the year.
